How it works

One Love Coffee Club is a coffee subscription: pick a plan in the app, pay for it once in person at the counter, and it unlocks a set number of coffees to redeem over the following 30 days. No password, no card on file — just your name and phone number.

The plans

Every plan includes the same drink menu: Espresso, Doppio, Americano, Cappuccino, Flat White, Latte. "Premium" plans add the option of vegetal milk, an extra shot, or decaf at no extra charge — "Basic" plans are classic drinks only, no add-ons.

Getting a plan

  1. Open the app and sign in with your name and phone number (first time only — after that the app remembers you on that phone).
  2. Tap "New / renew subscription" and choose a plan.
  3. Pay in person at the counter. Your plan shows as "pending" until a barista confirms your payment — that's the only manual step.
  4. Once confirmed, your plan is active for 30 days from that moment.

Redeeming a coffee

  1. From the home screen, tap "Redeem a coffee."
  2. Pick your drink, and — if your plan includes add-ons — vegetal milk, an extra shot, or decaf.
  3. Show the QR code that appears to the barista. It's scanned to approve the redemption.
  4. The code expires after a few minutes, so redeem it while you're at the counter.

Your limits, explained

Each plan has three caps working together: a daily limit, a weekly limit, and a limit for the full 30-day period. You're capped by whichever one you hit first. Unused coffees don't roll over — a day or week you don't use resets, it doesn't add to the next one.

Subscription expiry & renewal

Your subscription runs for 30 days from the day it's confirmed. You can see the exact expiry date on your home screen under "Valid until." There's no auto-renewal — once it expires, choose "New / renew subscription" again and pay at the counter to start a fresh 30-day period.

Your subscription works at both locations — redeem at whichever is closer. Your redemption history shows which location each coffee was from.

Checking your account

Good to know: the app recognizes you by the phone/browser you signed up on — no password to remember, but also no login recovery if you switch devices. If that happens, just sign up again with your name and phone number.
